We initially engage to help formalise Board Meetings, working with the leadership to develop a Board Pack. This provides a structured and robust way to review functional and strategic activities moving forward. Follow on engagements include our Virtual Chair and Remote/Hybrid NED/Chair services, delivered for a fixed monthly fee, and can be tuned to cater for specific requirements. Additionally, we also offer Strategic Business planning services, and can also create a Business Scorecard to prioritise business improvement activities. Going around the Business Value Wheel is always great fun and very insightful, and certainly challenges perception.
